Lutterworth 5 Mile Road Race is on Sunday July 6th 2025 and takes place at Lutterworth Rugby Club. Race Sart is 9:00am


·         All race numbers to be collected on the morning of the event

·         Rugby Club opens - 9:00am

·         Race Number collection - 9:00-9:45am

·         Race Starts - 10:00am

·         Male and Female changing facilities available on site.

·         Toilets available on site.

·         Runners to be self-hydrated during the race.

·         Water available in the finish area after the race

Parking available at the Rugby club, please car share if possible

·         All runners run at their own risk participants should ensure their wellbeing

·         Please follow instructions from marshals at all times

·         Bone conduction sports headphones are the only headphones that are approved for use in all road races under the UK Athletics Rules of Competition

·         Please do not swap your race numbers with other individuals

·         Please do not drop litter on the course

·         Please use the toilets and that have been provided

·         No children, dogs or cyclists to accompany runners

·         Please fill in ICE details on the back of the race number

·         Marshals instructions must be followed at all times

 

Runner Information

·         Please lock away your valuable items and clothing in your vehicle or leave with a responsible adult.

·         Participants must understand that the Organiser and Rugby club  can not be held responsible for lost or stolen items

·         A sweep vehicle will be available to collect runners who cannot complete the course

·         There is a 2 hour cut off for completion

·         A link to race results will be posted on our Facebook page as soon as available.

Course Information

 

·         A fairly flat rural course on quiet country lanes.

·         1 lap course starting and finishing in the Rugby club

·         Runners keep to the left at all times

·         Qualified First Aiders on the course and at Start/Finish

·         Chip Timing

·         Measured and certified course with EA license.
