• Our club is free to join and open to runners of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced athletes.

• By taking part in any club activity, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Participants must be aged 16 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
   

2. Health & Safety
 

• All members participate at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to take part in our social runs.

• If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to run safely, please seek advice from a medical professional before participating.

• Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn for running, with consideration for weather and terrain.
   

3. Conduct & Respect
 

• We are an inclusive and supportive community. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Treat fellow members, the public, and the environment with respect during all club activities.

• Please follow the instructions of run leaders and adhere to group pacing and safety guidelines.

• Run Loughborough and its volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during club activities.

• Members participate in all club events at their own risk.
